i just do a basic workout routine now, its simple
monday - Chest/Tri
tues - Legs/Abs
Wedneday - Back/Bi
Thurs -Off
Fri- Chest/Shoulder/Trap
Sat - Leg/Abs
Sunday -Off
i do two chest days a week because my chest has been struggling and needs some improvement and i do different exercises depending on the day. I do legs 2wice a week cause i love legs
