I need tips on effects to clear the vocals and make them sound more studio like
i used to have a list of 'instructions' for audio auditon 1.5 and it really worked but i lost them
anyone know how to master the vocals of a samson co1u on adobe audtion?

im gonna say if ur using audition, then do this up

first normalize your vocals, all check boxes checked off, set to 0dB
then go and select a little static, or background noise, hit "Capture Noise Profile" under Noise Reduction, then it will remember that selection
next, hit noise reduction and set it to about 80-90, vocals should sound much clearer

and for compression and EQ's i can leave some other stuff. just lemme know

the normalize makes vocals louder, hence, making the background noise easier to remove.
