Ok, it's not the same beat though. It's the same SAMPLE, and Premo used the same part of the song. If I dig in a billion crates and find a sample for me to use, I will use it. If someone has used that same sample, oh well, if I can get the rights to use and loop it up and do it, I'm going to try to do it better. The producer used a different BMP than Premo did. This isn't a defense of Wayne but a defense of Premier and other producers who happen to use the same sample as other producers, and people think it's biting. It's not. Everybody is "biting" from the original song.

yeah hes a bit of a swagger jacker, if Jay-Z is one then wayne certainly is.
I saw this video about it on some website, i think it was HipHopDx and it was basically showing the stuff that he's jacked and it wasn't just some paying homage to legends shit there was some crazy stuff like biting an entire verse from Aaliyah, thats right - Aaliyah the R&B singer. I'll have a quick look for it and post the link if i find it
