| What Is The Greatest Instrumental Of All Time? I would have to go with B.O.B. by OutKast. It uses almost every music genre and puts it all into one. Electro, rock, jungle, gospel and bass music. I'm sorry but you can't beat that. And no one has beat it or even come close to what Earthtone III created.
