unknown file? when the save option comes up it askes to find or save as an unknown file..? its not winzip or an app file?

It's a .001 file. So there's generally 2 ways to open these:

1. Right click and select "Open with..." and choose winrar archiver. Then extract the files to your HD.

2. If that doesn't work then only a file splitter/joiner will do the job, here's a fully licensed one
