By default, the system file tcpip.sys is just 10 connections concurrent to 60,000+ concurrent connections. in this .rar file, i have changed the tcpip.sys connections to 60000+ connections which will max. out your ISP bandwidth using torrents.

Note: This is not a speed accelerator.if your ISP gives you speed of 100KBPS then you are limited to 100KBPS you cannot go past that speed.
It is important to disable Windows file Protection before patching or it will not work.
Double click wfps10 and patch it in safe mode.

This is not a exe patch means 100% virus or spyware! you are patching tcpip.sys manually with HEX Editor but before that backup tcpip.sys to a safe folder.

To remove the tcpip.sys socket creation limit:
- In HEX Workshop open Tcpip.sys located in x:\windows\system32\drivers Click find and GO type 4F322 select hex and search
- Backup your original tcpip.sys file before editing please, this is somewhat important !
- Now go to offset 4F322 hex (or 324386 decimal).
- Change 0a 00 00 00 to 00 00 0a 00

but,if you do not want to patch manually replace the tcpip.sys file with the already patched tcpip.sys. above are the steps for patching the file manually.



personally i use utorrent 1.6.1 this is much faster and light.now, open utorrent provided to you in the downloaded zip file and press F4 F5 F6 F7 to remove the info. these will take up more resources and slow download speeds.
it is recommened for low end cpu and those who download many torrents max 6/7 continuously, click preferences click Advanced in net_max_halfopen change from 10 to 50.
