 | Da Mad Blogger In The House! im probably the OLD CAT of the board, being 35. I know my hip hop like an encyclopedia. I was 7 years old. so ive heard ever phase of hip hop as we know it... My top 10 Favorite albums of all time are.. 1. PUBLIC ENEMY..........Nations Of Millions 2. ERIC B & RAKIM..........Paid In Full 3. NWA.........................Striaght outta Compton 4. WU TANG..................36 Chambers 5. READY 2 DIE................Biggie Smalls 6. NAS............................Illmatic 7. OUTKAST.....................Southern Playalistic 8. JAY Z..........................The Blueprint 9. TRIBE CALLED QUEST....Low End Theory 10. RUN DMC..................Raising Hell (if i named a top 20 there would probably be 3 Tupac disc in that) Im not the "its only about the old school and this new stuff sucks" tip, however I do miss Lyricism which I think has went down hill. One of the few cats under 30 that still delivers it is a much underrated LUPE FIASCO! Look forward to discussing with the board my opinions! |
