An insurance company has told 50 Cent it ain't got his back.
The firm, National Fire, says it's not liable for damages in a $10 million lawsuit stemming from a brawl that broke out during a radio interview with his G-Unit posse in Washington, D.C., last year.
DJ Richard "Zxulu" Dunkerson is suing the rapper over the donnybrook, which started when the DJ teased a member of 50 Cent's gang because he was wearing a wireless head set.
DJ Zxulu positioned his fingers in the Star Trek salute and said, "Greetings, my Vulcan brother," said court papers. Zxulu says the G-Unit reacted by beating him up, stealing his phone and releasing a song dissing him and the city of Washington.
The company says 50 Cent took more than a year to inform it of the suit, nullifying his coverage.
Get em, He better lose. G-Unit doesn't rule the earth. Can't just go around beating people up for nothing. Not to mention that he filed the claim late with the insurance company. Just because you're a star doesn't mean you deserve special treatment and don't have to follow the rules.
50 Cent On Hook For $10m Suit?....it don't say nothin bout that....Game was the one who jumped the DJ cause the DJ made a comment about Game's manager, Jimmy Henchman, wearing a lame ass cellphone ear ring.....then Game brung it again in that "Hate Or Love It" remix after 50 told him not to the shit...this shit make it seem like the dude was suing just G-Unit, the DJ was suing them, Aftermath & Shady Records.....
I wanna see 50 try Mixed martial Arts. The UFC heavyweight division could use the boost, and we'll have another guy for Tim Sylvia to defeat via boring decision.
