Clipse Lashing Out @ Lil Wayne - RRT

The Clipse and Lil Wayne have been exchanging words — subliminally or not so subliminally — for some time now, and last week Pusha T added more fuel to the existing fire. It seems Push wasn't too happy with recent comments Wayne made about DJ Drama. Wayne told us Dram needed to "smarten up" after the DJ was knocked by the cops a couple of weeks ago in a mixtape sting. "When people say things like that, that just means they ain't thorough and they don't know nothing about the street side of things," Pusha responded. "When people tell you 'smarten up' when something bad happens to you, that just probably means they ain't no hustler and they been lying in their raps and stuff. 'Cause they liars." And if you didn't know who Push was talking about — since he didn't exactly call Weezy out by name — he added: "And they kissers." ...

Pusha and Malice also had some other things to get off their chests. The Virginia Beach, Virginia, duo also said they're wrapping up the next installment of their Re-Up series, We Got It 4 Cheap: Vol. 3 - The Spirit of Competition. The rhymes are coming along, but the Clipse are still up in the air over which DJ to put out the project with after rocking with Clinton Sparks for the last two volumes. There's no hard feelings between Clipse and Sparks: The brothers Thornton just wanna try something new.

Clipse FLOPPED. They are washed up and they won't sell any albums or be respected in the industry ever! LMFAO. Lil Wayne is that nigga right now, and he has the BEST SELLIN DJ DRAMA MIXTAPE Series, so why would he make it sound like Lil Wayne was dissin Drama? Lil Wayne and Drama are still cool, just because you cool with someone don't mean you can't tell a nigga to "smarten up" that is what Drama needs to do, so he can avoid what already happened to him. Pusha T know's Lil Wayne is a WAYYYYYYYYYYY Better Rapper then he will ever be. Lil Wayne is the Best Rapper Alive, the Clipse are a struggling group, who can't even drop a gold album! LMFAO. "Tha Carter III" is going to smash everything this year, just like "Tha Carter" and "Tha Carter II" did. People need to stop hatin on Wayne and realized he's just a better artist then them. Real talk.

flop but it was one of the best albums last year... clipse is better than weezy period

man u dont know anything about clipse. they released the album with no promo to get out of their deal so they can leave the fucked up label they were at and get on their own shit again. did u NOT notice how they didnt produce anything for almost 3 years? yeah its called the industry fucking with u

as far as clispe i like there albums but the beats sound similar to me. they need to leave pharrell on their next album.
