Notables for Top Current Albums: Linkin Park's first album in four years, "Minutes to Midnight", posted the year's biggest one-week tally, selling 622,827 units. Tank's "Sex Love & Pain" debuts at #2 with 103,065 scans. Ne-Yo's "Because of You" drops from the #1 spot a couple weeks ago to the #7 spot this week with 54,723 units scanned. Bone Thugs N' Harmony's "Stength & Loyalty" drops from the #2 spot last week to the #9 spot with 52,741 this week bringing them to 172,326 total. Bobby Valentino's "Special Occasion" drops from last weeks #3 spot all the way down to #14 this week scanning 33,478 --bringing to a total of 125,481. Akon's "Convicted" scans an additional 32,414 this week adding to his total of 2,344,928. (2xPlatinum). Not so good were: MISTAH F.A.B.'s "Da Baydestrian" debuting with just 4,384 scans. Hawk's "Endangered Species" debuts with close to 2,000 scans.
