but what does the summer league actually mean? i guess your right he is not the player he once was but who else is out there to get is what i was thinking at the time...

and i guess they answerd that question with the trade with the Hawks..Anderson does'nt bring much defense but he can help with scoring cuz dude has a nice touch on his mid range jumper for a big man, and at least he is a TRUE center with pro level expeirence. and we did'nt have to give any players up to get him which is what i was hoping we did. its gon be real nice when we have him and Yao back.

I don't put too much in the summer league, but I definitely would rather have Dorsey than Ben Wallace. Wallace doesn't have that energy he used to have and he is already short so he doesn't offer much on defense anymore. I think Chris Wilcox is still out there and he could give the Rockets some athleticism in the paint. Kwame Brown has size and I think he could be good if any coach other there could actually get him to focus on the game, but that is a really hard task.

Don't really care too much about Anderson. He is a big man that can score, but doesn't give the Rockets a defensive presence in the middle so Rockets still don't have a shot blocker.

I heard the Lakers offered Odom 9 million a year for three years, but now they took it off the table. IMO, Lakers have given him a reasonable contract, but Odom is just getting greedy

He got his shine on with Brooks in the playoffs, against the Lakers.

wtf @ Sheed Wallace... idk why the Celts would get him if he felt this way. but he'd prolly be better off the bench anyway but not for the purpose of shootin 3's.. and i doubt he said only 1-2 min per game...

Wafor would be a good fit for the Suns...but he is'nt great of the bench... his bball IQ is'nt there yet he gets lost on the floor sometimes. also he is not a good on the ball defender, but i'd still like to see us resign him.

Von is a decent back up and a spark off the bench but "great"... that word gets tossed around way to damn much anyway. tony kukoc (sp), lamar odom, jason terry, ben gordon, or manu ginobli those guys are "great" bench players not von wafer... if he was all that "great" dont you think another team would have at least shown interest?

but your right that is your opinion and your entitled to it.. even tho its wrong.
