You cant legally get it in the US, if you get it in Amsterdam you can trip, although teh trip is mainly caused by teh extremely high alcohol level and not so much the wormwood, and it isnt liek truly a trip

You don't have to order online anymore. The FDA approved the sale of it in America. It has been sold in Vegas since Halloween and it should be available in most speciality liquor stores. Don't spend a hundred plus shipping.
