Hitting them weights up

Is that good
been doing that for like 2 months now
I do like now 4 sets of 20 push ups
and 4 sets of 12 Dumbell hammer curls(don't know if you call it like that but i lift one dumbell up other one with my other hand and i count that as one)

Oh yeah i use 20 LB dumbells(could use 30 but i only got those and im getting 25lb tommorow)

is that good for now.

But the problem is i stay at 165 pounds like stable.(don't know if it's right measure taken from weight machine) and my arms got biggger im getting buffer.
what the hell do i need to do if i want to get to 180-190 at least?

Work out more than your arms and get on a high protein diet. Also seek advice from someone trained like a doctor or at very least one of those motherfuckers that work at the gym.

Your supposed to use dumbells that are heavy enough for you to feel a bit of strain on the 12th rep. do as many sets of 12 as you can with heavy wieghts, or do as many reps as possible with lighter wieghts. That will increase muscle mass.

Press ups are good for the chest, alternate between wide arm and hands on top of each other so you work out the entire pectorial. bench press is better for the chest so id do that. All that will increase mass and wieght.

Have a high protien diet, lots of fish and shit, maybe use protien powder or creatine.

Yeah i don't really feel strains or a litte so that's why i'm moving to 25lb dumbells and ill do like 8-12. 4 sets or the most i can do.

Damn i gotta be diesel at the start of the next summer.

I'll use my nesquik drinks and bread with hazelnut bread spread(Nutella)

3ast c0ast is a jewel in the rough
What I usually do is I do reps of things like 40 push ups then i'll take a break for about a minute. Then i'll do 45 and take a break... etc.

3500 calories equals 1 pound of fat, so think about that for a second.
